Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are largely outside of our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you using the tracking information available.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, building staff, or household members. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after being marked as delivered, but we will do our best to help you file a claim where possible.

Because our pieces are antique, vintage, historical, delicate, or one of a kind, all sales are final unless an item has been materially misrepresented.

We generally do not offer exchanges, as most pieces are one of a kind. If you have a concern about your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you believe an item was materially misrepresented, please contact us within [insert number, for example: 3 days] of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Natural signs of age, minor wear, repairs, patina, fading, delicate fabric, fit issues, slight color variation, or characteristics described in the listing are not considered misrepresentation.

Order cancellations may be possible only if the order has not yet been packed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Many of our garments are rare, delicate, and difficult to replace. Final sale policies help protect the condition and integrity of antique and vintage pieces while allowing us to describe and handle each item with care.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Antique and vintage garments should be handled gently. We recommend avoiding machine washing unless the listing specifically states that it is safe. Many pieces should be professionally cleaned by a specialist familiar with delicate or historical textiles.

We make every effort to present pieces in clean, wearable, or collectible condition when appropriate. Some antique and historical garments may not be aggressively cleaned in order to preserve their fabric, structure, or historical integrity.

Some pieces may be wearable, while others may be more suitable for special occasions, display, styling, photography, or collection. Please read each description carefully and contact us if you are unsure.
