Made in Australia from light cotton poplin, the blouse has a dramatic oversized tie-bow neckline, sculptural ruffling around the neckline and shoulders, and cold-shoulder cut-outs. The long balloon sleeves gather through the arm and finish with flared ruffled cuffs.
