An antique French pair of white cotton open-crotch drawers, also known as split drawers or culotte, dating to c. 1900. Made from fine white cotton, with a wide leg, drawstring waist, and open-crotch construction typical of late Victorian and Edwardian undergarments. The hems are finished with lace trim in a geometric pattern, giving the piece a delicate but practical period silhouette.
