An 18th-century inspired white cotton chemise / shift. Made from 100% cotton muslin, with a loose gathered silhouette, wide drawstring neckline, and front ties at the chest opening. The neckline and cuffs are strung with 100% cotton twill tape, allowing both to be gently drawn in and fastened with ties.
The chemise has three-quarter length sleeves with softly ruffled drawstring cuffs and a relaxed mid-thigh length. Designed as an underdress, sleep dress, or simple historical layer, this piece would be lovely for 18th-century styling, medieval or historical reenactment, LARP, costume, romantic bedtime wear, or relaxed summer wear.
