A Tudor-style bum roll / hip roll, designed as a foundation piece for 16th-century dress. Worn at the waist beneath the petticoat, kirtle, or gown, the roll helps lift the skirts outward from the body, create the illusion of a smaller waist and support the full hip line associated with Tudor and Elizabethan silhouettes. It can be worn alone for a softer period silhouette, or layered with other foundation garments depending on the desired shape.

Made with a 100% cotton cover and softly padded with polyester filling. Finished with cotton tape laces at the front for adjustable fastening.
